If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! Absolutely terrible customer service. I pulled up because I had driven over a nail and needed a tire patched. The guy working there looked directly at me when I pulled up and never even bothered to get out of his chair. I greeted him, and his response was, “What can I help you with?” When I explained that I needed a patch, he told me they were closed — despite the huge 24 HOUR OPEN sign posted at the shop. Then he told me to “go somewhere else” and claimed they “don’t rush.” I never once said I was in a rush, so I have no idea where that attitude came from. He was dismissive, rude, and acted like my business was an inconvenience from the moment I arrived. The employee I dealt with had a thick accent like he could’ve been from somewhere in the Carribean or Africa and a short haircut and not very tall. If you pull up and see him working, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are too many tire shops around Atlanta to spend your money somewhere that treats customers like they’re bothering them. I absolutely would not recommend this place.

Don't go here. They don't understand how tire sizes work. Generally dishonest. Broke my tire cover. Didn't transfer my TPS sensor. Wobble on tire replaced. Please go somewhere else.

They told me they couldn’t repair my tire and had to replace it for $75 for a used tire that was smaller than the one in my car. When I told them I would just try somewhere else they tried to get me to put on my spare so they could keep my tire. I took car down the road to Styles and they repaired both nail holes for $30. Don’t trust these guys.

Never had a bad experience until Tuesday, June 17th. They over tightened my lugs causing all 4 lugs to strip out on the driver front left side of my car causing the wheel to come off totaling up to $3000 dollars in damages. Luckily i wasn’t driving on the interstate at 70mph! I needed an alignment so right after I left 24/7 tire shop, I went to into express oil change off Moreland for an alignment. As I’m pulling into the parking lot multiple employees and customers witnessed my tire fall off in the driveway! I didn’t expect 24/7 tire repair to pay for the damages but I did expect a full refund on my tires considering I didn’t even drive 5 minutes down the road and considering they caused the damage from over tightening the lugs. Even after agreeing to refund some of the money on June 17th, when I returned June 20th they refused to refund the money for my tires. It was $120 cash. After speaking with the head tech, (I believe his name was Jeremiah) he refused to refund me, talked down to me and insisted that it was my fault. I would strongly recommend staying away from a business that won’t take accountability for their work and the fact something that serious could have injured or

Do NOT go here! I came in to get all four tires replaced, and the technician assured me they were high-quality used tires. But I watched him try to mount a tire with terrible tread from another rim onto my vehicle. I immediately asked him to stop and requested my original tires back. Instead, he deflated one of my tires and put it back on my SUV. To make matters worse, he claimed they only accepted cash, so I ran to get it—only to return and see that the door clearly stated they accept all forms of payment. What a complete waste of my time and energy. Stay away. I do not recommend this place for tire service.
